This year, Ecologia marks an incredible milestone as we celebrate our twenty-five-year anniversary! We are so proud of our business, which began as a small venture back in 2000 and flourished into the successful contaminated land consultancy and remediation contractor you see today. As we reflect on the past 25 years, we are filled with pride in our achievements and excitement for the future.

Managing Director, Giacomo Maini, began the business back in 2000, with Mike Lenn joining in 2002 and many other familiar faces, including Matteo Donati and Leigh Anne Cammack, joining shortly afterward. We have strong teams of expert personnel in both the UK and Italy and pride ourselves on our flexible, innovative, and sustainable approach, which is driven by our dedicated people, and we thank them all for their commitment and support.

We would also like to acknowledge our clients and customers, without whom we could not have thrived as we have, and we extend our thanks to all of those that we have enjoyed working with, often for many, many years in testament to our desire to build quality relationships and provide consistently excellent service!

In 2019, Ecologia UK & Italy were acquired by the RSK group, opening up opportunities to collaborate with other expert businesses in the response and remediation sector across the UK, creating opportunities for innovation, extended geographic coverage for our clients, and continuous improvement in our service offering and skillset.

We look forward with excitement to our future, providing contaminated land consultancy, remediation contracting and the management of environmental claims, and working closely together with many other RSK business units, both those providing complementary services in the Technical Services Remediation and Emergency Response pod, and accessing the extended expertise across within the wider RSK group.
