We adopt a risk based approach to the management of health and safety, through which we aim to comply with all relevant safety legislation, industry codes of practice and any additional requirements specified by our Clients’.

The development and maintenance of a positive health and safety culture, underpinned by strong leadership and engagement of staff, forms a key part of our company strategy and is fundamental to the realisation of our goals and growth of the business.

‘Time For Safety’: We have launched an internal Health & Safety campaign aimed at raising awareness and the prioritisation of health and safety issues at all levels in the company.

Environmental Management

Whilst the services we provide are based on the reduction of the impact of the activities of man on the environment, we recognise that they could themselves have a negative effect. We, therefore, strive to minimise our environmental impact by the implementation of good working practices and compliance with environmental legislation.

Ecologia is committed to improving the effectiveness of our business processes and our health, safety and environmental performance. The identification of opportunities for improvement is driven by our Integrated Management System through reactive and proactive monitoring, analysis of lessons learned, feedback from clients and staff, engagement with our suppliers and regular management review.
