Lisa Berkman

HR Manager

Lisa Berkman joined Ecologia Environmental Solutions Limited in May 2015 and has responsibility for the HR function. This responsibility involves formulation and implementation of the People Strategy to include: Resourcing, Training & Development, Reward Strategies and Employee Relations.

Lisa has worked in HR on an international basis since graduating from the University of East Anglia ( UEA) in 1996 with a 2:1 in European History. Her previous experience includes: establishing customer service centres in Ireland and the USA; implementing new organisation structures in Northern Europe & working for a bespoke IT consultancy in Australia.

Her generalist HR experience also includes organisation development; coaching and developing line managers; implementing change management programmes including Investors in People (IIP); and managing reward & benefit schemes to ensure an engaged &motivated workforce.
